How do I return or exchange a “Ready to Ship” piece?

For “Ready to Ship” pieces, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for another “Ready to Ship” item or a code to spend the same amount on a future purchase.

How do I return a custom order?

For Custom Orders, returns are accepted at 50% of the price paid within 30 days or you may exchange for a “Ready to Ship” item. This is due to the lower chance of resale with specified measurements and special chosen fabric prints. Please ensure you provide correct measurements!

How long does it take for a custom to be made and shipped?

Customs take 6-7 weeks (currently). You will be notified of shipping once it is completed and you will receive a tracking number.

What if my measurements do not fit in the size chart?

If your measurements do not land in a specific size, you may be a great candidate for a custom order! Feel free to reach out for further measuring help. If you are local to the studio in Seattle, you can even schedule a time to stop in and get fitted.
